Although my interests lie primarily in capturing nature and wildlife images, I try to see the beauty in all things.

I have been taking photographs since 1970 after receiving my first 35mm camera as a gift. However, I didn't get serious about my photos until planning a long awaited trip to Africa in 2002. In order to improve the quality of my photos, I took classes in nature and landscape photography, as well as participating in workshops given by professional photographers.

I love to travel and my camera is never far from my side. After all, you never know when the opportunity for the next great photo is going to happen.

I hope you enjoy my photos as much as I enjoyed creating them.

Mark Twain once said "Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn't do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover."
